REFUNDS: We are sorry, but no refunds are offered. All sales are final and all items sold are sold "as is". If your purchased item(s) arrive damaged and/or broken, we will replace the item(s) one time at no additional cost to the customer. Item replacement offer is only valid if you notify us at sales@the-guild.ws within 72 hours of receiving your purchase.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING: All items sold by the Magic Guild are sold subject to availability. All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Because of bulk purchases of single items, an item maybe out of stock when a purchaser's order is processed. If a purchased item should go out of stock, The Magic Guild will notify the purchaser, via email, that the item(s) is currently out of stock and on back order. The purchaser will have the choice of waiting for the item to be restocked and shipped or to a paritial or full refund.

SHIPPING: The Magic Guild usually processes and ships a purchase within 1 to 2 business days. However, there are occassions when it could be longer, up to 5 to 7 days. Flat rates quoted for shipping are ONLY ESTIMATES. Shipping rate estimates are taken directly from the United Postal Services website and rates can very depending on the buyer's postal zone and package weight. For exact shipping fees buyers can go to http://www.usps.com and obtain both Domestic and International shipping rates or you can contact us at shippingrates@the-guild.ws. In order for us to give you a more procise shipping rate, we will need your full address and zip code.
